butterfly 1 with copic markersby ~EerinVink

Traditional Art / Drawings / Animals

A 9 x 14 cm original butterfly illustration on 20 x 30 cm paper.
Materials I used are: copic sketch markers, pencil (graphite).

I sometimes sell the originals of illustrations, or prints. If you are interested you can visit my etsy shop and see if the one that you like is available there. If not, you can always ask if that specific one is sold already or not, sometimes I have not uploaded them yet.

this is really nice, what are copic markers , there texture seems like color pencils

Copic markers are alcohol based markers that have the special quality that you can make color layers on top of each other. There is a wide range of light color tones, so with those you can layer and mix nice colors and make effects and such

Not sure if it makes sense, but you can google it also

.
The texture that you see comes from a pencil also, I use pencil untop of the copic marker colores, for shadows and such.
